We started it off with watching me finish a 10k in the morning, my best part of the day is little Haley yelling at me, "hi mama, hi mama, hi mama."
Helping mama "cook" with her new apron (or piling oranges into the dirty cake pan and rolling them around with a spatula).
Going to the store with dad to pick out balloons.
Here she is getting her new bike that she's been asking for for the last month (no idea who told her you can ask for presents for your birthday).
Eating lunch at the restaurant where she could dip chips in the salsa as much as she wants unrestricted by a high chair.
Riding the new bike at the park.
Zonked out after the park.
Eating her very favorite, pasta salad with ranch dressing, for dinner.
Blue's Clues cake! A little unsure about the candles.
Opening presents from Heidi and Nana.
Eating Blue! She was more a fan of the ice cream, dipping the spoon and licking it until it was completely melted.
And this is how we ended the day. I apologize for the half dressed kid but we were getting ready for bed.

Turning 2 is BIG! I can't believe she is already 2. What a cutie! I love the whole day you had planned for her. I love that she asked for that bike. I love the cake. I would have loved the whole thing more, if we were there.

So fun! Did you make that cake? It looks adorable, you did a great job. I love the video of her getting the bike. So cute! You are a much better mom than me. Today is the day after Charlotte's birthday and she still doesn't have a present from me and her cake is one that the great bakers at Albertson's pulled off. :)
