Here is a rundown of my month with no blogs.

We had a countdown to St. Patrick's Day (I'm loving these little holidays lately more than the big ones for some reason) so everyday we opened a little bag that had a little activity in it.  Here are a couple:

Coloring shamrocks

 Dancing to Irish music on shamrocks.

 Painting rainbows

 Shamrock foam necklaces.

 I don't remember what this was.

It was fun and I think that next year Haley will enjoy it a little more.  But now she can identify hearts (thank you Valentine's crafts), circles, stars and shamrocks.

Opening presents (his diplomas framed, finally).

 Birthday/ St. Patrick's Day dinner.  This may have been the last year we have corned beef, I think it tastes good but we should save our fat intake for cake instead of the meat.

 Heidi's birthday is on the 18th so the Sunday we had a joint cake and ice cream for both of them

 We just added a few candles and re-lit them for Wes.  He better not get much older or we'll start setting off the smoke detectors.

We also had GREAT weather. I even ordered the kids summer sandals because it just feels like spring!

Where has the time gone?

I'm really talking in reference to my not blogging just about the whole month of March but it could also be said in reference to Audrey Alice!  She's now almost 10 months old but here are her stats at 9 months:

21 lbs, 7 oz.- 88th%

29 in.- 99th%

She doesn't crawl, at least like regular babies, but she does crawl just like Haley did.  More of an army crawl but she is getting quite fast.  She can stand holding onto furniture and she loved to be rough housed with, especially by Haley (which makes it kind of difficult to tell Haley to be soft when Audrey is belly laughing at being jumped on).  She likes just about any food that she can feed herself, yogurt bites are by far the favorite though.  She's a great sleeper and a huge smiler and likes to snuggle.  She has 4 teeth and her top 2 are so far apart it looks like there should be a 3rd in between.  We love our little Audie Alice.



While Daddy's Away...

I'm having trouble coming up with interesting things to post about so I've decided to just go with the everyday that happens.  Here you are, some of the fun we've had this week while Wes was gone for work. 

The zoo!  Thanks to the Zollingers for letting us tag along.  (I'm sure Kaity would also like me to mention that Gracie just came from her gymnastics class.)

This is mischief in progress.  So much for my freshly washed lettuce for the week.  I sometimes fail to remember how very long Haley's arms are.

Bath Time!  We love bath time around here, sometimes so much that we can't wait long enough to take off our clothes before we get in.
