Park Days

90 degree weather means that we can stay outside for longer than getting to the car. Here is her first time in the swing, I'm not sure she cared either way about it, but she was cute.

This is her first time in the grass, she seemed to actually really like this, despite it being quite pokey.

Our goals are in the toilet

We firmly believe in this council.
"I believe you can train yourself to become a positive thinker, but you must cultivate a desire to develop the skill of setting personal worthy and realistic goals. I am so thoroughly convinced that if we don’t set goals in our life and learn how to master the technique of living to reach our goals, we can reach a ripe old age and look back on our life only to see that we reached but a small part of our full potential. When you learn to master the principle of setting a goal, you will then be able to make a great difference in the results you attain in this life."
Elder M. Russell Ballard

And because we are righteous, at the beginning of each year we make new goals and put them in a prominent place where we will be reminded of them daily (the bathroom mirror, of course). The other day I got a sign that maybe we need to be trying a little harder this year.

From this...to this

We've had a big month, her baby book is getting fuller by the minute (that reminds me that I need to get started on a baby book). We've gone from these things,

assisted stands

bumbo

propped up

swaddled sleeper

To this.

Payback

Remember the unflattering posts that Wes has posted of me without my knowledge? Here is payback, sucka. Introducing, Devil Dad.

I guess Haley makes him smile a little too much sometimes.

Church days are fun

Little girls in church dresses are extra cute to me. Thanks for the dress cousin Leisl.
