We had a great time on our extended vacation in Sacramento, here are a few of the highlights:
Spending lots of time with Grandpa. This included, taking a walk in the rain, snuggling on the couch, sharing toast in the morning, spending church with the high priests and what sounded like a fun trip to the hardware store.
Being tormented by her uncles (which clearly she didn't mind too much).
and tormenting them back just a little bit. I took Ben's bed so he was banished to the couch, which also meant waking up to this every morning (much earlier than he would have liked).
Getting reaquainted with cousins.
And learning to climb stairs, which apparently you don't need much practice to do because she was up and climbing first time ever.
It was a great trip and although Haley's happy to be back home with her dad and her toys she does miss all the action of more people to look at all day than just me. Great fun!
