Why do such little conveniences make us so happy? Can anyone guess what this is that makes me smile whenever I open the closet? It's a grocery bag holder! After 3 years of the grocery bags stuffed inside themselves on the floor of the closet and taking over everything, I made this holder. I can't believe how easy it was (although maybe I should pretend like it wasn't so people will be impressed), a seam for a canvas tube, a little elastic and there, your life will be just a little bit easier (and a whole lot cheaper than the $20 holder from the store).
